A letter from the Brisbane Regent to Armidale

Dear Changeling of Armidale,

This day I am writing you to inform that this year’s Spring Revel will have tighten security measures.

Our Oneiromancers will be performing a dream analysis of all that are attending from cities that have had recent contact with Dream Taint.

For this we will request that all that are attending arrive at least a week in advance and submit to a pledge that would allow the Oneiromancers to enter their dreams for the purpose of ensuring they aren’t carrying anything harmful that could be passed onto the Free Changeling of Australia that are attending the Spring Revel hosted by Brisbane.

Please understand that if you do not attend early and submit to the pledge you will not be granted entrance to the Spring Revel, and our Territories in both the mortal world and the Hedge.
