Appearance

Aldous usually appears as a well dressed man in his mid-thirties in a dark suit carrying an ornate walking cane. The suit is usually a decade or so out of fashion but Aldous seems to feel this makes him appear modern but not a victim of fashion unlike the Toreador. He has piercing eyes and fine features. He is often smiling but this seems to be a cold and reptilian smile that never reaches his eyes.

Personality

Often overlooked at gatherings, Aldous prefers to stay out of the limelight and conduct his affairs in secret. He speaks softly but clearly and has almost never seen to raise his voice unless he is performing Rituals. When he is meeting with other Kindred he is often seen idly playing with the many rings that adorn his fingers, rings that seem to vary almost every time he appears in public.

Timeline

• 992 - Born in Northern Romania

• 1012 - Joins the Order of Hermes as a member of House Tremere. Studies at Ceoris.

• 1021 - Goratrix captures an elder of clan Tzimisce, forces him to turn his two apprentices into vampires, and then kills him. He takes his apprentices back to his chantry to experiment.

• 1022 - Goratrix announces his success to Tremere. Tremere gathers his six closest friends and heads to Goratrix Chantry, much to the objection of Etrius. Within hours they were all vampires.

• 1022 - Tremere and his followers begin the conversion of the other Mages of their House secretly.

• 1023 - Aldous is Embraced by Mendacamina [The Iron Maiden]

• 1067 - Starts to assist Goratrix and his apprentices in researching and creating Gargoyles to fight against the Tzimisce and their allies the Nosferatu and Gangrel.

• 1121 - Is present when the first Gargoyle is created from hybridised Gangrel, Nosferatu and Tzimisce by Virstania, the Mother of Gargoyles.

• 1202 - When the Order of Hermes discovers what House Tremere has become the First Massasa War begins. Aldous is moved to Dresden to aid in the war against the Hermetic Mages.

• 1231 - The Inquisition starts.

• 1240 - Anarch Revolt starts.

• 1350 - Aids Gunderic the Vandal against his rogue Childer Balthasar and Fieke and their broods. Balthasar is destroyed and Fieke is routed. Gunderic declares a debt to Aldous.

• 1450 - Camarilla Formation.

• 1493 - Convention of Thorns, Clan Tremere Curses the Assamites.

• 1496 - Treaty of Tyre is signed

• 1528 - The Giovanni and the Camarilla sign The Promise
