In the city of Sydney, small groups of men wearing uniforms, organized, have been seen securing otherwise unremarkable buildings, moving through areas known to have had recent kindred activity. Their purpose is obscure.

The name, associated with the black square worn as a shoulder patch by these men, is beginning to be mentioned in certain circles. "BlackCorp", an enigmatic newcomer with connections that hint at big backer involvement, doing everything from black market deals to security and enforcement services and even scientific research.
