• Operates The Vault. A secure facility where he uses knowledge of the Agonistes to assist Kindred planning to spend a few years or centuries in torpor. Looking after their bodies and assets, and assisting them to adjust to modern life when they wake. Providing new identities, retainers and knowledge of the years that passed.

Timeline

• 1709 - Awoken from torpor by Archived-Marquis Aurialanus. Severely burnt with no memory or identity, The Baron helps him remember who he was.
• 1721 - A fight leaves him close to torpor. Over the next few years he becomes paranoid about loosing his memory which leads to an obsession with finding a way to prevent it.
• 1753 - Travels to Egypt in search of the Agonistes Bloodline rumored to have the power to prevent the effects of the fog of eternity during torpor.
• 1762 - Joins the Agonistes Bloodline
• 1802 - Travels to Sydney to join Marquis Aurialanus.
• 1817 - Establishes a private bank in Parramatta and builds The Vault underneath
• 1836 - Unable to move his clients he retreats to the Vault and maintains a low profile.
• 1856 - Provides staging areas in Parramatta for the siege. Preventing the surviving Nemites from fleeing west during the battle.
• 1975 - Refusing to leave the city and his clients unprotected from the Brood. Cesare hastily creates several childe to help protect the vault. Over the next few years he captures, conditions and blood oaths Brood. Using them to as spies and saboteurs during the war. After the war Cesare's childe disappear, he never acknowledges their existence.

• 1979 - Presents several conditioned and oath bound Brood to Governor Wolfe to face trial and execution.
