Enver Frasheri, His Graces cheif Archon, is a rather notorious Toreador. He is a revenge artist who specialices himself on breaking a person in the most effective and devastating way.
Known for whispered stories like having cut off the lips of a woman and giving them to her brother, having killed every mortal associate( family, friends, rivals etc.) of person who had once dared to cross him, infiltrating a Nazi death camp and liberating two artists into Switzerland, fooling a FBI agent into believing a mortal to be a psychopath who drained humans of their blood before he killed them, having killed two Lupines in equal combat and having directed a pack of them into Mexico City into a bloody massacre against the local Sabbat, Frasheri is among the most infamous Kindred of the Modern Nights.
Embraced in Albania during the 1700s for his musical talent. He never lived up to the exspectations of his sire however, instead secretly killing dozens of young compositeurs and claiming their works as his own. Enver keeps a locke of each of them in his haven (Currently, he has 42).
The Elders of the Toreador, and His Grace, use him as a threat against Kindred who dare to cross them and his fearsome reputation alone has quelled transgressions before they occured. Frasheri is known for his preference of transforming himself into a wolf via Protean during his hunts, positionig his victims in a manner that their blood loss seems explainable.
In 2014, Frasheri was cast from Clan Toreador by Clanhead La Belle Dame d'Lumiere and with the subsequent support of the Primogen, for what the Toreador would consider an unpardonable sin... murdering an artist and stealing his works to claim as his own. How someone of Frasheri's... disposition... will react to this is yet to be seen.
