The Brisbane River
The river forms a natural barrier that is reinforced and patrolled by the Camarilla. North of it is relatively safe. South of it are the rich but contested hunting grounds of West End, South Brisbane and Woolloongabba.
The Old Queensland Museum, The Old Elysium
The Exhibition Building was the home to the Queensland Museum until 1986 when it moved to its current home in the Queensland Cultural Centre. For the next decade the Old Museum (as it came to be known) was almost derelict, abandoned by both mortals and vampires.
But as an Elysium it was never decommissioned. Over the last decades its prestige has been slowly restored. There have been programs to renovate and refit the building and to find new tenants. It still does not see as much use at the New Elysium, but in modern nights it has a reputation as the “discrete Elysium”.
The Queensland Cultural Centre, The New Elysium
The Queensland Cultural Centre opened in 1985 and shortly thereafter was named Elysium. Since then it has been continuously extended. It now consists of the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), the Queensland Museum, the State Library of Queensland (SLQ), the Queensland Art Gallery (QAG) and the Queensland Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). It occupies a prestigious location in Southbank facing the Brisbane CBD over the river.
Mincom Building
For a long time this building was teh acknowledge territory of the members of Clan Giovanni, but after a series of events it is now empty and the Clan appears to have left the city. The building is being refurbished after a fire.
The Mormon Temple
Perched atop the Kangaroo Point cliffs the ostentatious and reputedly impregnable temple is home to Followers of Set.
The Ipswitch Border
Rumour states that a group of Gypsy's have moved into this area and are claiming as their own. Any Kindred that enters does so at their own risk.
Stone Manor
A sprawling manor house and grounds in the tradition of an English stately Manor. This house is the home of the 'Stone' family, one of the founding families of Brisbane and still a major influence in the city. It sits a-top the clifs and rise bounded by St. Paul's Terrace, Love St, Water St and Grenier St.
