Personal Information

Dr Tim does not come across as someone fresh out of the hedge. As with most of the Fairest, he walks with an air of superstardom, though Tim seems used to this and doesn’t often play it up or push it on others. He is now a middle aged playboy of sorts, the kind you expect of a successful bachelor plastic surgeon.

Appearance

Mask: Well dressed, product infused hair, immaculate skin, hard, almost surreal features, obviously having had quite extensive work done. Polished black shoes, showy, and expensive… the bastard. He seems to also exude an intoxicating smell not like freshly baked cookies (Michael, 1996. John Travolta), but a sweet, alluring scent, no doubt concocted after endless hours in the labs.

Mien: His features are themselves not dissimilar to that portrayed by his mask. He, as are the Fairest, most similar to that of a normal man, albeit with more perfect features. That, and his skin has a pearlescent hue, almost to the point of sparkling in the sunlight (aka. Twlilght), like the glimmer of the morning sun, refracted through fresh dew drops.

Mantle: Delicate flowers bloom around his body, entwined with gentle vines. Flowers follow where he walks, and when standing still, buds grow up and around him to welcome him, where ever he goes.

Personality

While carrying a distinct air of always being right, he is in general quite supportive, and has a genuine desire to help those who need it, and a determination to help those how don’t. If he has survived it, and all the suffering that awaited his return, then he knows that there is hope, and that though we were lost, all is not lost.

Mortal World

Dr. Hoebak, is a successful and talented plastic surgeon. Those that work with him find him entertaining and positive, an inspiration to young surgeons in the region. His reputation has earned him a well-deserved place on the board of the highly acclaimed St. Vincent’s Specialist and Research Centre. Those in the medical field can’t help but wonder, what might have become of him, if it not for his disturbing youth, and problems with his family, a shadow that he seems unable to fully avoid, no matter how bright his future shines. He is single, and somewhat of an aloof playboy.

Information Known by Lost Society

Dr Tim has been free from Arcadia longer than most. He escaped a long time ago, and has forged ahead to make life a success here, despite adversity. He doesn’t talk much at all about his time long ago in Arcadia, or of the early years after his return. He simply speaks to inspire and encourage, that no matter what befalls the lift you had, you can still strive in the life you are given.

Dr Tim, above all offers a hand to help, to those that want it.

Timeline

• 1970 – Young Tim was born, in Brisbane Marter Hospital, to excited parents.
• 1974 – Tim and his family, move to Toowoomba, where Tim soon starts his schooling years as a boarder, while his busy parents strive forward in their careers.
• 1984 – Tim was an outstanding student and artist. Some described the boy as a prodigy, excelling in academics many years above his age level, while also creating inspiring works that captivated and excited. Next thing people know, is that the press is talking about the mother that killed her only son, and Tim was never seen again, and his mother was locked up.
• 1988 – Timothy returns, to the shock of authorities. What ever happened during his suspected kidnapping, must have traumatised the poor young man so much, his mind has blocked out any details, apart from troubling dreams of a magical place, a happy place, created by a fragile young mind to hide from the terror of his captors. Apparently the case is still unsolved. His mother, from all reports, is still locked up.
• 1990 – Attended university, and returned to his path, following in his late father’s footsteps, excelling at studies and launching into an amazing surgical career.
• 1999 – Opens his own practice in Toowoomba, bringing his artistic flair into the plastic surgery field.
• 2008 – Appointed to the Board of St. V SRC. Uses his influence to help with interesting research project funding, as well as help Changelings find work in or around the facility, to get their feet back on the ground.
• 2010 - Accepted by the wyld, as the King of Spring, bearer of the Horned Crown, after the brave Lord Grunthen relinquished the throne.
• 2013 – After hanging up the Horned Crown, as Spring moves into Autumn.
