A letter was placed on the floor of the Concillium in Jun 2013. The letter apparently went though the Austrlian postal system with the following address

That Nasty Guy with the Giant Mutant Bug
The Secret Concillium meeting place beneath the Library
The University of New England
Armidale, NSW 2351, Australia

The letter contains a simple printed sheet of A4 paper.

Of all the things about which you're sad,
Killing me: you wish you had.
I sit here next to ultimate power,
While you sit in the dark and glower.

You duty dictates you must protect,
Your safest sanctum with mutated insect.
Your pet will die, you will agree,
When its end you do not forsee.

My legacy you have secured,
Your failure complete; yet I am bored.
I challenge you; come after me,
Else your life dissolve, you'll see.

To you dreams I shall consume,
To your assets; a monsoon.
Its time to act, to be in fear,
For I can see your house from here.
