Old Indian man, early to mid 70's. White hair in a messy bun. Carries a Cane everywhere, has a limp and normally seen in a suit.

Personality

Overly polite and helpful to those younger than himself. Confident, happy and very alert 99% of the time. Occasionally seen to be talking to himself and mutters disconnected sentences on occasions

Mortal World

Is a key investigative figure in the Perth police. Connections with a wide variety of different circles. Commonly seen with Harumi Buchannan who he rescued in 2011 and has formed a tight bond with. Is more at ease walking the streets than in private small groups.

• 1898 - Became a police office
• 1909 - bought a medium chain of antiques shops.
• 1920-1948 part of the close followers of Mahatma Gandhi
• 1930's - Established as a well respected detective
• 1948 - Embraced in India
• 1954 - Established The Fallen
• 1965 - Short time involved with the 2nd Pakistan war, before moving to Australia after a failed operation.
• 1968 - Embraced his first childe - Julian
• 1969-1980 - Forced into Torpor after the destruction of his childe in Brisbane during the 2nd court of the accolytes
• 1980 - Reestablished The Fallen after only finding 1 member flying the flag. Nyx, a Gangrel who was accompanied by his childe Yama
• 1982 - Ghouled Douglas Sam, which lead to his middle weight silver medal at The Commonwealth Games.
• 1990's - Much time growing and training The Fallen while traveling Australia
• 2000's - The Fallen became known around Australia.
• 2010's - Worked closely with Victor Aurelius Roe both before and after He claimed Praxis of Perth.
• 2012 - Ghouled Harumi Buchannan
• 2016 - "Acquired" my Childe Kali, and started her training.

2018

• FEB - Received word from Victor Aurelius Roe that Perth has been abandoned and less activity from the birds, invited to accompany him along with The Fallen to scout and secure if needed.
• MAR - Arrived in Perth with The Fallen and others on Victor Aurelius Roe's boat
• APR - Raised to Priscus of the Perth Ventrue. Raised to Prefect of the Perth Carthians. First Frenzy in Perth!
• AUG - Acquired permission from the Gangrel priscus Samuel Young to "fix" Brianna Ace's head after long term mental conditioning from Roman
• OCT - Caught the culprit for the "Mask" murders, was influenced by the entity in the mask. Mask was later destroyed.
• NOV - Won the presidency election from Victor Aurelius Roe in an extremely friendly competition.

2019

• FEB - Visited by Elder Dreadnought and "investigated" his weapon, was staked by Dreadnought shortly after.
• MAR - Received the Ventrue cup and experienced 2 separate and interesting visions which he shared with some in the court.
• MAY - Gifted with a few items from the crossroad by members of the court, including a stake from the heart of a hanging tree.
• JUNE - Visited the Geelong court and assisted in an investigation involving fiery angels. Was involved and orchestrated the capture of the holy roller - A car driving by itself that was once the property of the LS inquisitor of Perth.
