Personal Information
Appearance
Lupo dresses in a gothic / punk style coat, with red trimmings. He carries many symbols of his faith, and is never seen without his sunglasses covering his eyes. Tattoos across his neck and arms are concealed beneath his clothes. His appearance, demeanour and attitudes are all highly sexualised, as if his very presence seems to naturally draw people to thinking about intimate activities, and thinking about those activities with Lupo.

Personality
Lupo seems to be quite unusual for a Sanctified Inquisitor, in that he is approachable, talkative and congenial. He seems to take his style from the phrase "attract flies with honey rather than vinegar". He can be very suggestive as well, particularly those that he finds attractive. When not in an official capacity within the Lancea Sanctum, he can often be seen enjoying a cigar with the faintest hint of the smell of human blood, wafting from the smoke.
Lupo however, has a vicious temper. When called for Lupo displays a ruthlessness and dedication that would make any hard-line Inquisitor proud, if not scared themselves.
Mortal World
Discerning scholars will discover the first record of a being known as Lupo refers to a birth record in the Parish of London, of a Declan Lupo in the year 1858. Lupo was born a bastard, with his parent listed as his Italian mother Violetta Lupo. Declan, being an Irish name, combined with the fact that Violetta's occupation was house maid, gives some indication about who the father is.
Lupo's next appearance in the history books is on a convict transport manifest from London to the Swan River Colony, Western Australia in the year 1867. The crime listed was theft, and Lupo was sentenced to seven years transportation. His assignment, a chain gang working on the railways. It can be inferred that Lupo himself did not perform hard labour given his age, but rather work as a servant of the camp.
While no record of Lupo's release is found, a man called Declan Lupo matching his description is record in the garrison log's in the year 1877. Lupo is accused of murdering a wife of one of the officer's of the garrison. No mention is made of his capture or status after this event, other than to say that he was pursued for some time.
Information Known by Kindred Society
Rumours told through the Cacophony place Lupo being embraced by a Daeva of House Penthièvre sometime in the 1880's. More details seem to be kept between Lupo and his earstwhile sire.
Lupo's movements are somewhat mysterious around this time, however reports have him seen with Lothar, a Nosferatu of the Lancea Sanctum around 1910 or so. During that time, Lupo becomes a regular attendee at Midnight Mass. Shortly thereafter, Lupo is anointed as a full member of the Lancea Sanctum.
Lupo is assumed to have studied with Lothar during the next decades, as they are regularly seen in the same circles. Some time around the 1930's however, Lupo seems to diverge his activities from Lothar.
Lupo's next activity is witnesses taking part and in some circumstances leading sections of the Syndic Inquisitions that tore through the Mid Western United States in the 1940's. Several heretics are convicted by Lupo, and he even manages to leave the Syndic Inquisition before the sudden disappearance of the lead Inquisitors and cessation of activities in the 1960's, by travelling to and arriving in the newly established praxis of Canberra.
Lupo's activities within the Canberra court are numerous, acting as a evangelist to the unaligned residents of the city and being a representative of the Sanctified in the new court. He even managed to maintain a period of praxis during the years 2003 to 2004, but interestingly did not claim an Archbishoporic in that time.
In 2003, after the discovery of a Livian heretic within the Canberra parish, Lupo was one of the foremost agitators of the Livian Crusade, and travelled to Adelaide to lend his personal assistance to the Bishop Timothy Ward.

Recent History
The First Reign of Tiberius - Jan 13 - Jul 13
Lupo, in the early nights of Tiberius' reign, managed to secure the position of Hound for the Lancea Sanctum. Rumours surround some difficult discussions and the phrase 'over-reach' has been described of both Tiberius and Lupo. Lupo resisted the urge to name any one particular member of the covenant hound, and with the rest of the Sanctified carried out the orders of the Prince as required. The last night of Tiberious' reign, a particularly loud encounter between Llewellyn and the Sanctified was overshadowed by the claim of Praxis made.
The Second Reign of Isaac - Jul 13 - Oct 13
Tiberius' reign was over almost as soon as it began, and Isaac quickly confirmed that the Sanctified would continue in its role as Hound, ensuring that the Unaligned are located and educated in the ways of the city. Isaac's appointment of Llewellyn as Sheriff did not go unnoticed however.
The Forth Reign of Kaida - Oct 13 - Nov 13
Lupo was unfortunately absent for Kaida's praxis claim, and only witness approximately 10 minutes of her reign before the next praxis change.
The Third Reign of Isaac - Nov 13 - Dec 13
Lupo had only enough time to remark that Isaac seems to be successful as Prince when Lupo is present, and perhaps agitate for Kyrkogym Oak to act as Hound, before Lupo had to depart. Fate it seems, would keep the tradition alive with Isaac's reign falling shortly thereafter.
The Second Reign of Jessica - Nov 13 - May 14
Rumours swirl around the First Estate regarding Lupo's sermon upon the ascension of Jessica to throne indicated some deep division between the Sanctified and the Invictus, however Lupo was seen to bless the Praxis upon his return to court. Maybe it was the return of the Invictus to Praxis, or maybe Lupo just really, really wants Faith and Chastity for himself. In Feb 14, a significant crime spree happens the night of the Feast of Longinus, and it's rumoured that Lupo had something to do it. Jessica upholds previous deals with Lupo recognising his Regency of Ainslie.
It was during this time that Lupo called the Canberra Crusade - Rieger Crusade against Rieger for the crimes of Apostasy, echoing calls from Jessica for the Bloodhunt. Before Lupo could complete the Rite, Rieger was stolen away by Doubting Thomas and Calvin Harper. Lupo let the Satan's Spawn meet whatever fate they had chosen in acting against him, and has not returned to court since.
Lupo's Diaspora - May 14 - Current
Lupo has retreated into the Regency of Ainslie, and is said to be working on a new revelation or series of revelations. He recently sent out a treatise entitled "The Rebuke Against Mercy". It was during this time that Lupo was strip of his Respected standing by Emin under suggestion without evidence from the now Bishop Harper that Lupo had betrayed the Satan's Spawn.
Lupo did appear at the Sydney Conclave in 2014. His candidate, Grim was appointed as Nuncio, or speaker for the Lance. He also presented the skull of Rieger to Zarkov Justinius, and implied that Zarkov had offended Lupo by killing Doubting Thomas. Even in a foreign city, Lupo's zeal for evangelism could not be extinguished as he ministered to two new Kindred to the city.
