O'Neil is an Irish born Australian born into the mortal world during the late 1920's/30's. As a young man living during the Great Depression, he started work early, making and selling toys to support his family and buy food. After school, he turned his expertise into manufacturing weapons. He came to the attention of the Tremere, and disappeared from the mortal world for some time. When he returned he had changed.
