St. Louis NPC Masterlist

Description

Mostly due to the incredible and unexpected growth of the game, we've decided to make a masterlist for all of the various NPCs and their average weekly schedules. We also figured that having it on the wiki might make you people actually use it! - David, STL aVST

Allies

These are all the publicly known NPCs that more or less align themselves with the PCs and the Night Congress.

• Mages
  • Emily Bradshaw -- Usually in the hotel.
  • Pavise -- Daylights as a STL City Police Officer.
  • Schwertz -- Forest Park if it's a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday--wandering the streets of STL otherwise. At night, sits outside the Fox.
  • Old Teddy -- Keeps odd hours, per the whims of the state.
  • Wotcher -- Works as a Volunteer Firemen, so good luck pinning him down without notice.
• Uratha
  • Tower Grove Sentinels -- By and large, they don't have day jobs. If you wander Tower Groves, one of them will probably run into you eventually.
    • Strider -- Alpha. Best described as the "Swedish Murder Mountain."
    • Frost -- Beta. Equally large, but painfully Russian.
    • Spark -- Presumed.
    • Mark -- Presumed.
• Vampires
  • Malakai -- Unless he's off doing his Hound-ly duty, he's probably in some room or another of his complex, making trouble for Sarah to clean up. As of June, as left public sight again. Probably.
  • Sarah -- See the above. As of June, now the sole Owner and Proprietor of Fire Reigns.
  • The brothers de Sanford -- Invictus agents and friends of Malakai, apparently.
    • Henri -- Older brother, bald, bad at English.
    • Maxime -- Younger brother, suave, sort of a Merovingian-style guy. Much better at English.
• Others
  • Boire Employees
    • Boris, the Bouncer -- Might be a bear, might just be a wolf. The primary bouncer, so he's probably outside the warehouse at night. Who knows what he does during the day, really.
    • Clan Petrov, both men and women have strong resemblance to Boris, some are bouncers, some ended up with security jobs across town.
    • Little Billy -- The youngest of three brothers working for Lee, he's the primary bartender during the public functions.
    • Sparkles -- One of the primary cooks. It's probably not his real name.
    • The Suzans - A group of dancers under contract for most nights.
      • Susan - Works Wednesday nights only.
  • Dr. Angelica Murphy -- A surgeon at Barnes Jewish. (For the record, I named her unironically. It was later pointed out that I probably let my inner cliche shine through just a bit too much. -David)
  • Joe Normal -- Talks to plants. A few people have reported the plants responding--in English.
  • Mr. Cratchett -- a leather worker. Runs an upholstery store in Kirkwood.
  • Bobby Todd -- Usually seen walking the streets of downtime STL, spouting random nonsense.
  • Sam Red -- Landfill inspector.

• Sofia Rossi -- The nightshift librarian at a public library. Definitely human, but seems to know way more than she aught.

Antagonists

• Firewall -- In Season 1, facilitated the summoning of an Ancient Terrible Beasty. Then, his mission done, fled to Cuba to party.
• The A.T.B. -- Immediately after breaching our side of the universe, the ATB went to sleep, the poor baby. Please don't wake it up.
• The Senate
  • Brutus -- Deceased. Killed by Lucian, resulting in Cleo's tomb opening.
  • Caligula -- While his campaign for Mayor may be ending, he still maintains his various offices to keep the charities he sponsored going. No one knows where he sleeps. Currently holds the office of Voice of Blood for the St. Louis Night Congress.
  • Commodus of the Purple -- Leader of the Sons of Rome.
    • Pankrati -- Apparently subservient to Commodus
    • His 'Guard Dog' -- May or may not be Uratha.
  • Cleo -- An 8-year-old Irish girl. Presumed to be scary beyond all reason, though no one has witnessed her doing, well, anything as of yet.
  • Romulus Who Howls at the Moon -- An old, powerful Uratha. Claims to have 'led the war against the west.' Which west, though?
