1. Please indicate the item being applied for, the approval level of that item, and if it is a custom item a full rules write up.

2. Attach a Current Character Sheet and XP log, as well as a Background of no more than three pages (Pont form or paraphrased is ok.) to this document.

3. In 300 words or less, explain how this Approval item will create storytelling opportunities in your local game.

4. In 200 words or more, explain how your character gained the item being applied for. How will this affect him/her and his/her development if it is approved? How will this change your character?
