Games

• Accommodate 30-50 people
• Hire times Saturday 9am-11pm
• Cost of $50-200 per day (pending game funds)
• Private area, entrance and bathrooms
• Nearby public transport (running till midnight)
• Nearby food (fast-food and take-away restaurants)
• Nearby affordable parking

Convention

• Accommodate about 100 people
• Hire times 9am-11pm over weekends or public holidays
• Cost of about $1000 per day
• Separate rooms or areas for meetings
• Private area, entrance and bathrooms
• Nearby public transport (running till midnight)
• Nearby food (fast-food and take-away restaurants)
• Nearby pub/bar for post game drinks
• Nearby affordable accommodation
• Nearby affordable parking
• Preferably a location with character
• Storage of props overnight
