Appearance
Virgil is your normal 20 something Computer nerd, wearing random gaming shirts and has a Giant can of Monster energy drink at his side. He is of larger build and would be hard to kidnap... so dont try. He has brown hair and green eyes. He is the most laid back Invictus you will ever meet.
Personality
As his title suggest he is mostly a troll. He will argue over petty things and see what tips people over the edge. However as soon as his Notary position is needed he is all business, though his contracts look like something that you agree to on a computer program. he is flighty and does not like being in combat.
Mortal World
The internet is the world, or at least to Virgil it is. he runs an server farm in NE Iowa. he works on improving the Kindred communication networks that are lacking. he runs secure severs for the local, and not so local, Invictus. he is working on becoming the moderator of the region. as for his day job... he works as a server farm and has bloggers that work for him that he uses to spin stories the way he needs them to be spun. also he has a wonderful Motel that People can stay at if the need some quite alone time.
