When Mendez is in a room, he's hard to miss. He's tall, average build, but seems huge. His worn jeans, tshirt, riding boots and cut smell of dust and fuel, which puts a subconcious edge on the beasts of those around him. His face is worn and weathered, and his eyes are hungry.
Personality
Mendez usually comes off as approachable, casual and even friendly. The Drunk Uncle of the Carthian Movement. Under that veneer lurks a beast barely held in check. It's there, just beneath the surface... waiting... daring someone to give it a reason to let itself off the chain. If you are on Mendez's good side, you'll never see the beast... those on the wrong side of it never walk away the same.

Timeline
This timeline is a work in progress
- 1951 - Presented himself in Sydney, New South Wales
- 1975 - Flees Sydney with the rest of the Court in the face of the Brood Incursion. Goes Nomad for a few years before meeting with Teresa Tarcare in Queensland in 1978, and going to ground while he stockpiled weapons for the upcoming assault.
- 1979 - Returns to Sydney with the Court under the leadership of Ferdinand Wolfe and aids in the purge of the Brood.
