Izzy
Personal Infomation Born 1965 in Victoria Australia, his original name was Isiah Porter most commonly shortened to "Izzy" among his family. Izzy was born into a broken home, with a highly abusive and alchoholic father, a doormat of a mother and a sister six years older than him. Life went onwards for a few years until when he was five, he remembers his father commenting to his mother that it was about time that his sister "started earning her keep around here!" Upon waking waking the next morning his mother and sister were gone, with only a note left to Izzy by his mother on his pillow, that he had the local preist read to him pityingly, with the only words of it that he remembers by this point being "I'm so sorry that I couldn't take you too Isiah, but I just can't bare having anything that reminds me of him anymore"
Life went on from this point, with his father retreating even further into his liquid comfort, leaving Izzy to pretty much raise himself for the most part, this imparting on him a very independent personality, with the ability to take care of himself. Not being fortunate enough to be born big, he learned early on that the best way to survive was to have the right friends, and to get the right friends, you had to be useful. So he survived his childhood by being the tag-along, doing favours for those bigger than him for protection and companionship. He always had a preference for the intellectual side of life, this showing primarily in his hobby's, so when he first discovered computers in the early 80's, he was hooked. By the end of his high school years, he was know around town as "the computer kid" this being what eventually lead to the circumstances preceding his embrace.
He moved away from his fathers house as soon as he'd graduated, using what little money he had saved to move to the city, where he got a crappy job and even crappier apartment, and begun to save his money for university in the future. Without Izzy around to at least somewhat curb his drinking and remind him to eat occasionally, his father quickly drank himself to death, with only Izzy turning up at the funeral. Upon the the priest asking where the deceased other family and friends were, Izzy pulled out a bakers dozen of empty liquor bottles that he'd taken from the house from his bag, put them on the chairs surrounding him and said "all present" With the look on the priest's face leaving Izzy with the fondest memory he possessed that involved his father.
