Appearance
Mother Saint-Matthew is always very conservatively dressed, with black and blue robes over her clothing and her hair neatly tucked away under either a black hat or bonnet (on very formal occasions) or a sheer white scarf tied under her hair. She wears very minimal makeup and for the most part the only jewels she wears are a large gold cross pendant from her neck, one ring on each hand and a rosary bracelet on her right wrist. Her general demeanor is usually benevolent and her expression is difficult to read as she very rarely shows emotion.
Personality
Publicly, first impressions of Elizabeth are of a benevolent and pious member of the Sanctified. Privately however she is stern and sometimes cruel.
