8-Ball is a middle class, middle aged widower approaching retirement,he has achieved a great deal of success relatively speaking, rising from his lower class upbringing, he has had 3 major career changes, a soldier in his youth, a mid management government official and a very successful consulting business involving advocacy and representation.
Appearance
8-Ball is 5' 10", 110kg, bald with green eyes and a slight tan, despite his expanding mid section he still maintains a muscular physique and many of the handsome features of his youth. He looks to be in his mid to late 40's and has numerous faded tattoos and a feint 8 ball tattoo on his skull in the process of removal.
Personality
8-Ball is not one to be overly animated, he is hard to anger and is easy to get along with, he does not hold a grudge and deals with conflict head on. He is a man of his word and places perhaps a little too much stock in the 'nobility of man'.
Mortal World
8-Ball is a retired businessman and advocate known to have brokered a number of deals between parties that the system had given up on. Since retirement the mortal world has taken very little notice of him.
Information Known by Kindred Society
8-Ball was embraced in Brisbane whilst celebrating his 50th birthday, some of his family took him on a week long party from Brisbane to Canberra and unceremoniously 'released' him to the Canberra Court amidst the commotion of Conclave.
When dealing with Carthians or Invictus he will always use the name Mr Zelan, friends and family know him as 8-Ball. Mr Zelan / 8-Ball is the principal negotiator for "Afterdark" a kindred specific alternative conflict resolution service. 8-Ball is the childe of Lucky.
