Appearance

Xander is of a short and slight build, standing around 5 foot. He has brown hair, shaved on the sides and slicked back and a well groomed Handlebar mustache. With piercing blue eyes and fair skinned. Looks to be about 30. He has a nasty scar across his throat around 6 inches end to end.

Personality

Xander is a quiet individual who spends most of his time trying to blend into the background. But when he needs to step up to the front, he does so confidently and without hesitation.

Mortal World

Xander has spent the majority of his life since World War II ended trying to avoid the Kine, seeing it as futile. He seeks to guide them from the shadows, keeping anyone from making the same mistakes as he did.

Timeline

• 1804 - 05/08 - Joshua Murphy is born.
• 1810 - 09/10 - Joshua begins learning to read and write from his mother.
• 1814 - 02/03 - Joshua begins working under his father, doing small labour for the family business.
• 1816 - 24/12 - Joshua's parents go missing, leaving him in the care of the Church.
• 1822 - 06/08 - Joshua begins working with a sect of the Church Inquisitors, tasked with bringing Justice to Heathens.
• 1826 - 10/06 - Joshua recieves his first solo task, find and bring Gods Wrath down on a suspected practitioner of Witchcraft.
• 1826 - 17/06 - Joshua finds evidence proving Edward Smythe has ties to the Occult, before he could bring it to the Church, he is caught by Edward. He attempts to escape, is almost successful and is nearly killed by Edward,

                who Embraces him. Joshua is rendered mute during the process.

• 1826 - 01/07 - Joshua returns to the Church with the evidence in hand, claims he had no choice but to slay Edward. Edward has retired out of London, bidding Joshua to return to him before dawn.
• 1827 - 13/08 - Joshua is recognised and Released after warning the Prince of an imminent attack on them by the Church.
• 1829 - 02/11 - Joshua plants evidence of his Sires dabbling in the Occult in the Head Inquisitors office.
• 1830 - 13/12 - Several Inquisitors head to the Manor outside the city and burn it to the ground while Edward is inside. Joshua is absent.
• 1831 - 15/04 - Joshua falls into the Thames during a storm, presumed dead he returns to Cambridge under the name James Hardy.
• 1833 - 16/09 - A member of the Inquisitors is in Cambridge and recognises James, who captures them hoping to either Ghoul or Embrace them, but fails and kills them.
• 1833 - 18/09 - James decides that he needs to leave the area, move far away from London to avoid anyone else recognising him. He moves to Liverpool, hoping that it is enough.

• 2017 - 10/04 - Alexander Smith contacts Isobel Bathory, seeking a place to call home.
