Physical description: Short and blonde, with what could only be described as a baby-face, Charles dresses soberly, often in an ankle-length black skirt. Her glasses might be for show...or they might not. She's worn them so long that it's likely she wears them out of habit rather than any physical need. Only a very few people have seen her hair in anything other than a severe bun.

Nimbus: The sound of the pages of one book rustling is joined by others until the noise is almost deafening. It is shut off by a sharp "shh!" All in the vicinity feel as though their mothers have just caught them eating the last biscuit after they've been put to bed.
