Personal Information
Very little is known about this young member of the Toreador Clan. She seems to be held in some favor by La Belle Dame d'Lumiere. She is often seen at court gatherings playing the harp or sitting quietly near Elder d'Lumiere.
Appearance
Miss Rose appears to be in her Mid 30's and is always well dressed, the sleeves are always close fitting so as not to get in the way of the strings oh her harp.
Personality
Miss Rose does not seem to have any desire to push herself into Kindred Society but seems content with her lot.
