Cetus is very much the free-spirited one of her family. She is the one who structure looks bad on. Despite her training she really just wants to explore everything she can. She is the one who made The Cloud Maze, The Pavillion of Dreams and The Tent of Books. She creates spaces where one can escape, or fly, or climb through endless clouds and be safe all while doing it. She is a friendly soul, always smiling, though she has her own times of sarcasm. She's always willing to help a lost patron, or show them the sights.
