"Jairus" is a Gangrel who has mostly been present in the new world of the America's, though is known to be an extensive survivalist and have experience in "frontier" type countries.
It's known he's fought some conflicts for the Sect notably - to him atleast - was assisting his great Grandsire Kouros in Boston in the early 19th Century.

Jairus has a slightly scruffy and unkept appearance, but not to the level of hobo shabby.
