Appearance

Mask: Jasmine is an elegant woman in her mid-twenties with bright eyes that are almost the colour of fire, but not quite. She has radiant skin that appears to be impeccably cared for. Jasmine occasionally wears a flower in her curly brown hair, and has a red and gold crown, a gift from her wife for their anniversary, which is always upon her head. She wears a wedding ring on her finger that matches the one her wife wears. Jasmine holds herself well, standing tall and with an air of authority that commands your attention, and all the while she'll deny you hers. But you'll forgive her, because much like the popular Princess at school, her smile and a kind comment will bring you to her side and leave you apologising for upsetting her in the first place.

Mien: The flames lick along Jasmines skin which appears to be made of molten gold, her eyes burn brighter than before, taking on even more of a fiery appearance. Her hair itself is made of flame, and a burning crown rests upon her head. She smells faintly of burning fabric, perfume and lava. There is a tattoo of a dragon curled around her spine, gripping too tightly to it, as though it could break.

Personality

Jasmine is coldly polite to those she doesn't know well, and kind to those who've earned her favour. However, she is unforgivably cruel to those who have earned her ire.
Jasmine is often quiet, but when she wants to speak and be heard, she ensures that it happens. She often remains silent as a way of avoiding fools and when someone brings up her recent marriage to Molly they're often greeted with a wry smile or a comment about her affection. Jasmine is protective of her wife and dislikes suggestions that there is something wrong with her marriage.

Mortal World

In the mortal world, Jasmine is treated like a princess. In Brisbane she had friends who would give her anything and everything she wanted, and her wife made sure her every whim was catered to. Now she is in Canberra, having sold the property her wife purchased for her in Brisbane in order to buy a new one in the country's capital. She has people who cater to her needs, and her beauty gets her farther than most, and definitely further than she deserves.

Jasmine was a Princess. She lived her days in a beautiful castle closely guarded by a Dragon. While he had all the jewels he wanted, she was his favourite possession. She was the flame he loved so dearly, she came from his heart, and she essentially lived in it. Or so he told her. She did not love him, and she didn't believe he loved her. He knew she was unhappy, and every day he allowed her Prince Charming into the castle. Her Prince Charming was the opposite of her Keeper. Her Snowskin lover was a handsome Prince, his beauty frozen in time, and while they could barely touch, their love burned as passionately as her own flame did. Their love was never meant to be, and never could be, but it was so strong that he returned each and every time he could to try and save his precious flame. But the Dragon always won. It didn't matter if the Dragon melted him, or if her own fiery embrace did the awful deed. No matter how, it meant that every single day her heart was ripped from her chest, metaphorically or literally. The Dragon only ripped out her heart on the days she dared to complain about her place, the days she dared to ask to leave, or the days she cried. Tears were unacceptable, as they dampened her vibrant blaze. Depending on his temper or on days when she too tried to fight against him, Jasmine herself would be beaten, burned and broken to within an inch of her life.

Escape

Her eternal nightmare was repeated every day, until the one day it wasn't. On this day Jasmine and her adored Prince finally managed to beat back and escape The Dragon. They ran all day, resting only by night. One such night he disappeared, and Jasmine tried to find him. She eventually spotted him, he had been caught by another keeper, who decided to prolong Jasmine's suffering by forcing her to watch him be killed again. Furious at the loss of her beloved when they felt so close to freedom, Jasmine fought with the rampage only a burning woman scorned could, until she was overpowered, knocked into unconsciousness and dragged away by five other Changelings. When she awoke, fearful they were taking her back to her keeper, she fought against them viciously until finally, broken, hurt, and exhausted she could fight no more. It was then that she learnt that these other Changelings intended to help her escape Arcadia, as her interruption had given them the chance to escape their own keepers. Together the six of them did just that. after their escape, they went their separate ways, and she has not spoken to her five helpers since.

Prior to 2014

After her escape Jasmine was quiet and gentle. Her fury burned behind a delicate face, the only hint of the façade being the look in her eyes. Jasmine took to Summer Court like flame to kindling and soon rose to the position of Summer Queen. She took the responsibility very seriously and was harsh but fair with her subjects as necessary. Where possible, she preferred to be kind, but occasionally her ire would be sparked and she would come down hard. She was well liked by those of her Court, and she was kind. She met and became close with Lili, Opal, Bert, and others in this time. However, her demeanour changed the day she met her wife to be, and the once kind, sweet, loving but fierce queen became something much darker, much more disturbed, and decidedly more terrifying.

2014

• OCT - Brought up to Brisbane by her fiancee, Molly
• NOV - Got married in Brisbane.
• DEC - Went on a honeymoon, possibly with Molly. Possibly alone.

2015

• JUL - She's not really doing much. Surely. She certainly isn't going to the Freehold.
• AUG - Didn't go to the Freehold, but did have words with her wife about punching Authell for trying to destroy their marriage.
• OCT - Went to the Conclave. Managed to get ahold of the box containing Jax's mask. Eventually gave in to her desire to wear it. She accidentally burnt her wife, and there was some interesting discussion about her particular behaviour while eating cookies and cream ice cream. She was upset when her wife brought her a misguided present.
• NOV - Celebrated her wedding anniversary with her wife and the Freehold at their home, ended the day with her wife in bed and her inviting guests to leave to allow her wife time to rest.
• DEC - Did not attend the Freehold.

2016

• JAN - Was not present at the gathering. But spent some time with her wife and family outside of it.
• FEB - Not present. Her daughter went missing.
• MAR - Not present.
• APR - Not present. Plans to move soon, to escape the terror.
• MAY - In the process of moving to Canberra, she ignores the Freehold.
• JUN - Disappears from sight in Brisbane and whether she will show her face in Canberra remains to be seen.
• JUL - Does not appear at either Freehold.
• AUG - Is away from both Freeholds. Potentially spending the time with her wife.

Motley

Jasmine joined the Lost Boys in 2015, when she found her place among them. She has since travelled to Canberra, but still keeps in irregular contact with them. They are the closest friends she has.
