Nimbus: Tempest's eyes glow with red light, his shadow grows horns, a tail, and wings. More powerful magic shows cracks appearing in the air around him, showing glimpses of far away places tinged with crimson light.

Arrives in Adelaide in late January. After establishing himself in the city, he reaches out to the Concillium, and spends time training with them in the Arts of the Duel Arcane, as well as basic and moderate metamagic. While not a member of the Concillium, he is seen as a mentor and leader to the younger mages, and takes on an apprentice in Usagi.
