Personal Information
Viktor was born during the height of the Great Patriotic War in the war torn city of Stalingrad. He lost his parents soon after and came under the care of the state. When he was old enough he enlisted in the armed forces and was assigned to the Soviet Air forces. He served for 12 years and left the service after attaining the rank of Major, after which he returned to the city of his birth and opened a tailor shop to follow in his dead Father's path. After the collapse of the Union Viktor left the motherland in search of better pastures. He served for a time in multiple Russian embassies around the world as a gardener, never staying in any one city too long.
He has now become fed up with his wandering way of life and has moved to the city of Brisbane, where it is rumored some old friends of his live, and has set up a shop to provide for himself. His shop (Viktor, Tailor, Solder, Sky) offers good tailoring and repair services and Viktor has been known to hire himself out to fly planes for people.
Appearance
On formal occasions Viktor is well known to wear his old Air Force parade uniform. In casual settings Viktor wears what is most comfortable and least... eye catching
Personality
Viktor is a Stern and Intimidating man, his eyes often appear to be scoping the room for possible exits and cover. It has been said that his gaze can pin down a gazelle in fright at 200 yards, beware those who will invoke his ire.
Mortal World
Viktor is a new comer to the city of Brisbane and has yet to assert himself into the mortal world, all the people know is he lives in his store and he's a damn fine tailor.
Information Known by Kindred Society
Not much is known yet about Viktor, he dances around topics of his past either through feigned ignorance of English or with inane babbling about some interesting, yet pointless, event in his past. He will often invite people to his Tailor shop stating 'A Good Cover Starts With The Clothes'.

- 1942 - Born in Stalingrad, remained until after the lifting of the siege.
- 1959 - Lied about his age and joined the Soviet Air Forces as a pilot
- 1971 - Left the Air Forces after attaining the rank of Major to lead a civilian life as a Tailor in Stalingrad
- 1976 - Embraced by an elusive man named as Karla. Closed his Tailor shop and disappeared from the public eye
- 1991 - Resurfaced with the collapse of the Union, joined the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a Consulate Gardener, moved to Albania
- 1992 - Moved to Austria
- 1993 - Moved to Croatia
- 1994 - Moved to the Czech Republic
- Late 1994 - Disappeared
- 2008 - Appeared in Bolivia at Embassy
- 2009 - Moved to Venezuela
- 2010 - Moved to Angola
- 2011 - Moved to Chad
- 2012 - Moved to Libya
- 2014 - Left Ministry of Foreign Affairs, moved to Brisbane, Australia. Re-opened Tailor, repairs and flight shop.
