On formal occasions Viktor is well known to wear his old Air Force parade uniform. In casual settings Viktor wears what is most comfortable and least... eye catching

Viktor is a Stern and Intimidating man, his eyes often appear to be scoping the room for possible exits and cover. It has been said that his gaze can pin down a gazelle in fright at 200 yards, beware those who will invoke his ire.
