Greetings and Salutations Ancillae Voce, Influential Master Harpy of the Brisbane Court,

I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the Brisbane Montgommery-Scotty Praxis Challenge, as witnessed by myself Mr Felix Parker of the Clan of Lunatics on the 14th of February 2015.

The court was hosted by Honourable Victor Creed, Keeper of Elysium, on the eve of the 14th of April at the the Old Elysium.

As you all should know by now we have a contested Praxis, Hunters attacking us and the sabbat to the south doing their best to destroy the masquarade.

We cannot afford to be killing each other and weaken our chances of survival over the praxis claims between Dr Karl and Scotty and who ever else decides to take advantage of the chaos.

So I will be holding court on the 14th of Febuary 2015 at the Old Elysium to sort this shit out without bloodshed.

The other cities, Archons and Justicars are watching us. Do not give them reason to sanction us all or worse.

New Members at Court

The February court was graced by several new faces. No insult is intended by any misspelling of name or use of improper title and I must ask for the indulgence of understanding in this matter. Corrections will be made to my records, as they are submitted.

The tradition of Hospitality was extended to

Caspian Fox, Acknowledged of the Ventrue, and

Penelope Gardiner Acknowledged of the Malkavians.

There were also in disreputable attendance self professed Anarchs from Sydney.

Announcements and Events

1. The contested praxis has been resolved. Dr Karl is Prince of Brisbane.
2. Due to the strange fog that has rapidly enveloped Brisbane reducing visibility and having a distinct non natural nature, Kindred are advised not to venture into the strange fog.
3. Scotty was named Warlord tasked with minimizing the Sabbat/Hunter threat.
4. Prince Karl announces that no boons are to be charged in relation to information relating to the security of the city. Many Nos cried
5. Dr Karl announced the position of Chamberlain to coordinate the concerted influence of the Camarilla against the Sabbat.
6. Victor as Keeper of Elysium stripped Sheriff Barnett of Status for wearing a weapon in Elysium (This was retracted as Vicktor knew better and nobody noticed)
7. Victor raised query of the use of Dominate within Elysium as not a breach of the protocols of Elysium, but grabbing somebody's nuts possibly was.
8. Seneschal Aurelia Dubois named Vincenzo as Chamberlain to coordinate kindred influence in regard to curtailing the Sabbat disruption.
9. Seneschal Aurelia Dubois tasked Sheriff Barnett and Scourge McLeod to investigate the strange Fog and the Hunter threat.
10. Voce named Karl Deficient for lacking leadership in Elysium.
11. Dr Karl subsequently corrected Seneshal Aurelia Dubois's Chamberlain announcement to Lawerence of the Ventrue named Chamberlain to coordinate kindred influence in regard to curtailing the Sabbat disruption.
12. Karl named Voce no longer "Well-Versed" for not knowing the protocols of the Camarilla in regard to the powers of the Seneshal.
