Phillipa is a very striking individual, her looks make her stand out in any crowd. She looks young, but is not easy to place as any particular age. She has dark hair that she wears loose, and her eyes are green and startling. When in society, particularly vampire society, Phillipa dresses Gothic. - 1939 - 1945 - World War II. Spent time in France tending to her Grandmother's shop and her ailing Grandmother until she passed, and France was invaded, then moved to the English Countryside
