Notable Traits: Sebastians face is heavily scared, most notably a 'Half-Glasgow' along his right cheek. His flesh is sickly pale with a greenish tint and it appears to glow faintly like some deep sea fish when in the dark and his fangs are always out and displayed. A foul mingled stench of alcohol, sea water and putrifying meat clings to him and while only subtle now it appears to be growing stronger as he ages.
