I think you severely underplay Touch of the Morrigan. It is an amazing ambush power - mostly if you use it to kick a fight off with a big, 5-damage hit just by shaking a character's hand.

Path of thorns

So if I get 12 dice on the activation roll, 15 with willpower / 17 with Odin willpower, I would expect 4 / 5 / 6 successes. So I get an attack of 4/5/6 dice with an expected result of 1 or 2 damage?
