- Ran away from home and travelled to USA to purse a career in Hollywood in 1951
- Embraced by Vivi Lafleur in 1952 as Claudia reminded her of herself as a mortal and wanted to preserve that starry-eyed innocence forever and moved to Canberra with her.
- Convinced Vivi to avus her into the bloodline because Claudia thought it sounded "cool"
Was a little bitter about being embraced at first (no more big Hollywood career - Wanted to be the next "Monroe") convinced herself that she was just too fabulous for Hollywood and at least now she will have her beauty and youth forever. Is now very grateful.
