Appearance
Mother Saint-Matthew is always very conservatively dressed, with black and blue robes over her clothing and her hair neatly tucked away under either a black hat or bonnet (on very formal occasions) or a sheer white scarf tied under her hair. She wears very minimal makeup and for the most part the only jewels she wears are a large gold cross pendant from her neck, one ring on each hand and a rosary bracelet on her right wrist. She generally does not show emotion of any kind.
Personality
Publicly, first impressions of Elizabeth are of a benevolent and pious member of the Sanctified, willing to 'guide' Kindred in their Damnation. Privately however she is stern and sometimes cruel.
