The Cock and Crown
The pub was established in 1898 and has historical significance being one of the first licensed public bars in the area. Located in what is now the central business district. Financial troubles almost saw the pub closed, but it was purchased by a new owner in 2009, and tghe pub took on a new life.
The Cock and Crown is an authentic British pub serving up Imperial sized pints from a choice of 24 different beers on tap including many of its own brewed varieties. Wine and spirits are also available, as well as a dedicated cocktail night. The pub is not just about great beer, fantastic meals, excellent service, live music, a private party/function room and pool tables provide a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. There is parking within close proximity. The bar is owned by T.J Vines who works the bar on some nights alongside her husband Lance.

Circe- Known by the sleeprs as T.J. when asked about her name, she says something about her parents being hippies.
Mryddin - T.J married in 2014, and "Lance" now works alongside her in the pub
Medea - Not an owner, but works the bar.
