Penelope is a young neonate, new to the politics of the Brisbane Court. She has recently taken the bold step of becoming Primogen to Clan Malkavian.
She is a former psychologist and youth worker who happened across the wrong Malkavian at the wrong time.
Penelope has in the past been under the guidance of Dr Karl Montgomery, who treated her for the sudden onset of mental illness which came with her Embrace.

Appearance
Penelope appears to be about 30-35 years old. She has extremely long chestnut hair, reaching almost to her knees, dark green eyes and a curvaceous figure. Her pretty, engaging face seems to shift by turns between cheery smiles, faraway dreamstates and a sharp, foxlike intelligence.
