Overview
Full Title: Cassandra Arlington, Heirach of the Consilium of the Golden Quill and the sixth Perth consilium position holder of her name.
Concept: Architect/ family Power broker, Fated Leader

Nimbus: A plume of white glowing peacock feathers unfurl into a circle behind similar to angel wings, all of it's eyes staring into you from the depths, a crown of white Peacock feathers floats around her head.
History
Cassandra Arlington has been a talented Architect for the family for many years, assisting with building of some Perth's more modern structures, through the family business, however she also runs a boutique firm on the side, specializing in more "challenging" ventures such as entertainment precincts for families.
Most of those who were in the Southern Consilium know that when she came into the Consilium she had one year old twins, she was nearly 20 years old, but just over a year later, they were killed while they were with the herald at the time, Romulus Arlington the fourth. Cassandra has never spoken about the night since, and it is wise not to ask.
Cassandra then spent some time in Syndey, earning her degree after, She returned and dove into Silver Ladder studies, where she specialises in Lex Magica law and Consilium history.
In the last 2 years, she has assisted with the re-joining of the North and South Consilium in Perth, and through many deals, became the Heirach of the re-joined consilium, now known as the Consilium of the Golden Quill.
