Archived-The Canberra Academy
Origins and Publicly Known Information
Originally established in 1913CE with the beginning of construction of Canberra, the Canberra Academy is as old as the city itself.
For a brief period, the Canberra Academy merged with the Sydney Academy (December 2013CE to May 2014CE) after a series of internal issues in the formerly independent and much older Sydney Academy led to a state of unclear leadership. The Canberra Academy - which had a larger concentration of highly ranked Dragons - offered to step in and provide more direct mentorship to the Dracul of Sydney, and after formal meetings to ratify the decision the two academies merged into one structure. This arrangement ended after members from Sydney felt that certain members in the leadership in Canberra were not willing to do enough to correct the political landscape in Canberra despite overwhelming court support for a change in praxis.
Unique Cipher-Titles
In addition to clan and sworn rank decorations, the Canberra Academy recognises the following cipher-titles:
Protest Titles
Pacifying: Holds views that are at odds with the current Axe agenda, objects to orders received from the Red
Obstinant: Holds views that are at odds with the current Dying Light agenda, objects to orders or judgement received from the Blue
Quixotic: Holds views that are at odds with the current Mysteries agenda, disagrees with current Black policy
Ability Titles
Risen: Can bring themselves out of torpor unaided
Lucid: Has the capacity to dream, and through dreaming gain insights and prophecy
Other Titles
Truly Remarkable: Must be protected by all members of the Ordo Dracul at any cost including Final Death - this includes those with the standard level Remarkable title

NB: Although the individual membership of the Dracul in Canberra is relatively clear to the non-Dracul, official internal standings are a matter of rumour and should not be considered known by non-Dracul characters.
