Game Information

SETTING:
The region the game is set in is a dark and much lager version of the city of Armidale in the New England Tablelands. There are two motleys that inhabit the region; the group who runs a medieval reanactment group out of a Fort in the nearby pine forest and the other a theater troup who run the Armidale Playhouse. There is a seedy undercurrent to the hedge in the city, twisting narrow streets and broken glass. There are hungry things lurking in the dark alleys, both feral and seductive. There ae those that live here, and thrive. There is in this twisted reflection of an already twisted city a door, if you know the right words and signs you can go through to the smokey, loud dark den where anything can be yours..... for a price.

THEME:
Beauty (2): There is facination and wonders to behold..... if you can stand them.

Madness (5): There is facination and wonders to behold.... if you can't.

Community (3): Will you stand together with your kin against the darkness?

Temptation (3): What harm can one little tast do? Go on, you only live once!

Fear (3): We are coming for you, and we are VERY dissapointed.

Hope (3): It can't get any worse than this.

Dispare (3): You had to say it didn't you?

MOOD:
Fear : What untold horrors are lurking beyond the so-called “safe” areas? Near god-like forces are taking what the Lost have wrought and twisting it to their own desires, threatening the Lost community. All this in the shadow of a colossal power that the Lost can feel is a close as the refection in a mirror.

CHARACTER TYPES AND RESTRICTIONS:
Preffered that a role is filled with one of the existing motelys. The Theatre company and the Medieval reanactment group.

Rules

For Domain wide Draw Mechanics, Remote Member reports, Proxy Play, Crossover Limits, and Downtime Requirements see the Domain Style Sheet

VENUE EXPERIENCE AWARDS:

Game Attendance = 3xp Honourable Mention = 1xp (via circle of love) Most Honourable Mentions = +1 xp (via circle of love) Remote Member Report = 2-5xp Downtime = 2xp Mentoring = 2xp

Circle of Love: used by players to identify memorable players, characters, scenes and props within the game that they truly enjoyed. Players may mention multiple people during the circle, but they can only give their vote to 1 person. The ST can not be everywhere at once, and really the game is about what the players enjoy. This peer review system frees up the ST from judgement calls and allows greater transparency. The players themselves determine who is most rewarded for the games they play.

Remote Member Report: 2-5xp as judged by ST of venue. For those players who are members of PtAP, but are unable to make regular games because they reside outside of Armidale, sending reports on downtime scenes and email interaction personally or over lists may garner them more experience than standard players as compensation for effort. These awards cannot apply in any month they attend a game either here or elsewhere.

Mentoring Xp: Experienced players who spend in game and downtime actions helping new players will recive an extra 2xp per month up to cap.

VENUE SPECIFIC RULES:
DRAW MECHANICS A ten-sided die may be used instead of cards, and players may use any other method of randomly generating a number between one and ten so long as they are approved by the VST prior to use in-game.

PLAYSTYLE: PtAP Changeling is very light on PvP as the local environment and NPC’s provide more than enough excitement at the moment.
