Introduction

Venerated Elders, Esteemed office holders and honoured members of the seven clans, acknowledged and welcomed visiting guests.

The court gathering was hosted by the Revered Penelope Manager Vishakhadatta of the Ventrue at the Brisbane Old Museum Elysium in Spring Hill.

I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the September Brisbane Scotty Court, as witnessed by myself Mr Felix Parker of the Clan of Seers, Harpy of Brisbane on the 12th of September 2015.

New Members at Court

The September court was graced by several new faces, I must ask for the indulgence of understanding as no insult is intended by any misspelling of name or use of improper title. Corrections will be made to my records, as they are submitted. The new members awaiting formal recognition within the Brisbane Court are:

The Tradition of Hospitality was extended to the previously Acknowledged as tradition dictates and to the visitors

Baroness Victoria Black of Ventrue, of the line of Gundric the Vandal, Acknowledged of the Court of London. Deveed of the Setites,

And some possessed ghoul whom the Seneshal declared was fit to enter and speak with without offering a name.

Announcement and Changes in Position

1. Calabrac, Nosferatu is no longer considered Revered as Primogen of the Nosferatu.
2. Scabs, Nosferatu is now considered Revered as Primogen of the Nosferatu.
3. Walker, Tremere is no longer considered Revered as Primogen of the Tremere.
4. Vincenzo, Tremere is now considered Revered as Primogen of the Tremere.
5. Eliza Montague, Ventrue is to be knows as Informed as the Herald by word of the Seneshal.
6. Dex, Malkavian is to be considered Outcast by the cherished word of Cassandra Rose the Seneshal.

Declarations of Status

1. Lady Eliza Montague is to be known as Honourable by the the Revered word of Vishakhadatta, Ventrue Primogen.
2. Walker, Tremere is to be known as Ignorant for attempting to interfere with the duties of the Chief Harpy, by the Revered word of Scabs and confirmed by the Influential word of Mr Parker.
3. Walker, Tremere is no longer considered Valued as Walker receives a second negative Status of Ignorant so lost his earliest permanent word of status.
4. Walker, Tremere is no longer considered Untrustworthy as he is now considered Uneducated.
5. Tristan Shore, Catiff is no longer consider Unpolished for three months of dedicated work to learn his place, by the Revered word of Mr Parker the Harpy.
6. Penelope Gardiner of the Malkavians is no longer considered Uneducated by the Daredevil word of Mr Parker the Harpy.
7. Kit Dimitir, Malkavian is no longer considered Uneducated by the Daredevil word of Mr Parker the Harpy.
8. Leon Dimitir, Malkavian is no longer considered Uneducated by the Resourceful word of Mr Parker the Harpy.
9. Vincenzo, Tremere is no longer considered Untrustworthy by the Stalwart word of Mr Parker the Harpy.
10. Austraukas, Tremere is no longer considered Uneducated by the Resourceful word of Mr Parker the Harpy.

Events, Rumours, Lies and Slander

Items of note that have come to pass, some notable events, some lies some slander all with varying amounts of accuracy. Those that have been refuted by their betters have been noted.

This concludes the identified changes in standing and the events that would be considered celebrated, and those that may be considered ill advised. The next court would normally be hosted by Clan Nosferatu in the month of October 2015.
