Introduction

Venerated Elders, Esteemed office holders and honoured members of the seven clans, acknowledged and welcomed visiting guests.

I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the February Court, as witnessed by myself Mr Parker of the Clan of Seers on the 12th of December 2015.

New Members at Court

The February court was graced by several new faces, I must ask for the indulgence of understanding as no insult is intended by any misspelling of name or use of improper title. Corrections will be made to my records, as they are submitted. The new members awaiting formal recognition within the Brisbane Court are:

The visitors attending the court granted the Tradition of Hospitality by newly appointed Seneshal Vishakhadatta are:

1. Litty of Clan Malkavian
2. Lucas of Clan Bruja

Announcement and Changes in Position

1. Prince Mick Diamond named Vishakhadatta Seneshal with assigned authorities of granting hospitality and allocating territories [that are always being undertaken not just in the absence of the Prince.
2. All territories, except for those of the Elders and Archon, require to be registered and confirmed by the Seneshal.
3. Prince Mick Diamond has stated that his domain encompasses all of Brisbane, both north and south of the river. This is a change from the previous announcement of Prince Iadro that his Domain was bordered by the River and the south of the river was the Domain of Prince Kate Horton and the Southern court.
4. All members of court are granted temporary hospitality till they confirm their status and evidence of prestation with the Harpy Mr Parker.
5. Seneshal Vishakhadatta announced that Alistair Drummond has been named Sheriff and should be Feared.
6. Baroness Pike is now the Primogen of the Ventrue.
7. Scabs, who is Nosferatu Primogen is and already of great status, his recognition has been passed to Agatha.

1. Vishakhadatta is now Honourable by Prince Mick Diamond who is Famous as prince of Brisbane.
2. Vishakhadatta is Cherished and Esteemed as Seneshal by Prince Mick Diamond who is Exalted as Prince of Brisbane.
3. Rosamund Pike is Revered as Ventrue Primogen
4. Lilly is Revered as Malkavian Primogen for holding the fish of command.
5. Alistair Drummond is now Feared as Sheriff.
6. Vishakhadatta has loaned his Efficient word to Mr Parker as the Harpy.
7. Mick Diamond is considered Stalwart by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Honourable.
8. Mr Parker is considered Vigilant by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Cherished.
9. Penelope Gardiner is considered Wise by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Esteemed.
10. Vincenzo Orgolio is considered Dignified by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Well Connected.
11. Baroness Montague is considered Esteemed by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Ancillae.
12. Agatha is considered Celebrated by Seneshal Vishakhadatta who is Acknowledged.
13. Baroness Victoria Black is no longer considered Impulsive as she was in November.

Events, Rumours, Lies and Slander

Items of note that have come to pass, some notable events, some lies some slander all with varying amounts of accuracy. For any clarification as to what constitutes a scandal please contact your helpful Harpies, or consult the The Protocols of the Camarilla

1. There was a raid on a supposed Deep Blue production facility.
2. Sheriff Drummond is tasking people to coordinate efforts to find the Setites.
