Introduction

If you have petitions to present to the Prince, he shall be at Court and your words shall be heard. Know that only the trustworthy and those with Hospitality shall be afforded time with the Prince. I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the April Court, as witnessed by myself Mr Parker of the Clan of Seers on the 12th of March 2016.

New Members at Court

The April court was graced by several new faces, I must ask for the indulgence of understanding as no insult is intended by any misspelling of name or use of improper title. Corrections will be made to my records, as they are submitted. The new members awaiting formal recognition within the Brisbane Court are:

Figlio Fideli of the Clan Tremere, acknowledged of Vienna.

Announcement and Changes in Position

Mr Parker is no longer Influential as Chief Harpy.
Victoria Black is now Influential as Chief Harpy.
Prince Mick Diamond announced that the Autakis Michael has three months to declare his clan or to leave the city.
Victoria Black announced that interfering during a harpy meeting would be considered Disrespectful but could be remedied as a minor matter.

Declarations of Status

Mr Parker is no longer Influential as Chief Harpy.
Victoria Black is now Influential as Chief Harpy.
Seneshal Vishakhadatta declared Victoria Black to be Foolish.

Events, Rumours, Lies and Slander

Archon Bell wants to have quiet word with some people in the city... the Harpies apparently. Unusual for an Archon to be meddling in politics.
The Tremere Bjar and the Tremere Figlio and the Malkavian Kaz having presented to the Seneshal presented to the Chief Harpy Mr Parker and recorded gifts of prestation to members of the court as required as per edict of November 2015.
The Tremere Bjar found the ground cut out from under him when Victor Creed pointed out that he [not they] had disrupted a harpy meeting and as per the gracious offer of Chief Harpy Victoria, could remedy the minor breach or be considered Disrespectful. It was only a minor affair after all.
Can you believe both Ventrue Seneshals in Canberra and Brisbane both have scandals in the same month, amazing isnt it?
The Toreador Elder is unhappy over the lingering disgrace of her clan. Pity it was so very public.
A Kindred in the newspapers attached to scandal? Elsa Von Lichtenstein of Canberra, how unusual to have so spectacularly made kine news.
Someone did a good job of covering up the hunting expedition to West End last month that ended up with setite sorcerers and exploding buildings.... film crew apparently being blamed on rising Sabbat Gang violence.
The Glitter Bear fad has not taken off do to the lack of Glitter.
Why are all the Nosferatu covered in glitter?
