Introduction

Venerated Elders, Esteemed office holders and honoured members of the seven clans, acknowledged and welcomed visiting guests.

The invitation to the April court:

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Camarilla, Morgan Ravenscar, of Clan Tremere, would like to invite you all to gather to discuss the things that Kindred discuss on nights at Court. Security will be provided by the Clan, and while not Elysium, you are asked to keep weapons discrete"

I submit for your pleasure, discernment, and posterity record, the observations of the April Court, as witnessed by myself Mr Parker of the Clan of Seers on the 9th of April 2016.

New Members at Court

The April court was graced by several new faces, I must ask for the indulgence of understanding as no insult is intended by any misspelling of name or use of improper title. Corrections will be made to my records, as they are submitted. The new members awaiting formal recognition within the Brisbane Court are:

The visitors attending the court granted the Tradition of Hospitality

The Tradition of Hospitality was extended to the previously Acknowledged as tradition dictates by Seneshal Vishakhadatta to the visitors:

1. Ancillae Morgan Ravenscar, Childe of Etrius of Clan Tremere
2. Acknowledged Dr Benjamin Frost, Childe of Walker, of Clan Tremere
3. Elder Alderwolf, of Clan Gangrel.

Announcement and Changes in Position

1. Prince Mick Diamond the Exalted Prince of Brisbane did declare that Tristan Shore be Outcast and Bloodhunted.
2. Scabs The Honourable Keeper of Elysium did declare that the protection of Elysium now covers travel to and from Elysium by the most direct route possible.

Declarations of Status

1. Tristan Shore briefly was Bloodhunted and will retain the stain after his death.

Events, Rumours, Lies and Slander

Items of note that have come to pass, some notable events, some lies some slander all with varying amounts of accuracy. For any clarification as to what constitutes a scandal please contact your helpful Harpies, or consult the The Protocols of the Camarilla

1. The Casino has been closed following a federal investigation into graft and corruption.
2. On the 1st Of April what was originally thought to be an elabotate prank turned into a largescale prison break that was conduted on TV. A riot in the prison courtyard saw a guard picked up and hurled into the gated with enough force to make the gates buckle. A giant FORTY FOOT SNAKE burst out of the ground and swallowed a prisoner thought to be a kindred. Around forty prisoners escaped but most were recaptured. About a dozen remain at large.
3. Massacre at New Providence building development: Gang members were found dead in a waterpark apparently casualty of a blood sport arena.
4. Four dead bodies drained of blood were found next to some Anti-Sabbat graffiti, an empty can of backed beans was placed near the body. Police are investigating who backed the beans and what sort of backing hey have.
5. The circus of the Canberra Court continues with Elsa Von Liechtenstein abruptly leaving the public spotlight after attempting to openly purchase the Australian National University and associated police drama.
6. Viktor Creed brought in to court in a bag the torso of a torpored Tristan Shore with claims of having extracted damming evidence that had been passed to the Prince.
7. Prince Mick Diamond after declaring Tristan Shore to be Bloodhunted twisted the head off the Torso thus ending Tristan Shore. People found to be associating with blood hunted kindred, for whatever reason, shall be subject to the charge of aiding and abetting the Blood hunted person. This charge is enough to have them killed in the Domain the Blood hunt was originally called. Even talking to a Blood hunted person is enough to get you killed.
8. All the prestation a Kindred owes as a Debtor are nullified when they are blood hunted or killed under the authority of a Prince or Justicar of the Camarilla. Likewise, the Kindred who successfully killed the condemned Kindred becomes the Grantor for any prestation that the deceased Kindred was owed. All Debts owed by Tristan Shore are nullified, all boons owed to Tristan Shore not pass to Prince Mick Diamond.

Records of Prestation

Records of Prestation were received and recorded by the Harpies from, Morgan Ravenclaw, Dr Benjamin Frost, Elder Australkais, Scabs and Parker. Records of Prestation were considered having been nullified by the staus of Blood Hunter of Tristan Shore and recorded by the Harpies.

This concludes the identified changes in standing and the events that would be considered celebrated, and those that may be considered ill advised. These are my observations in service to the Camarilla and Domain of Brisbane, The Antipodes,
