Character Knowledge

Dear Diary:

List a character's internal thoughts and feelings over events. This is a section for a VST to gain insight into how a character thinks. This section is not necessary but is a helpful tool for characterisation

Game Recount:

Summarise the events of the last game that you were in attendance for in your home domain. Specify what your character did that was important or had an impact

Claimed RTRs:

List RTRs you are claiming XP for. Detail these. It is preferred that you put in an RTR report for these as well, with the others who were involved. Attached rtr reports can be in the form of a transcript or short summary with each participating character's thoughts. Even rtrs where the VST is present for should be claimed, for the purpose of maintaining records.

Describe intended activity that either you are being trained in or that you are training someone else in. This action can also be used to maintain fighting styles so they are not forgotten over time, or to extend training done in RTRs

Regular activities

List off your character's standard everyday actions that would not otherwise count as part of a downtime action. This includes things like going to work, studying the same courses, paying bills, looking after pets, collecting groceries, etc. This is to give the VST a guide on your character's regular activities in mundane life that would not otherwise require regular resolve actions to perform every single fortnight

Contacts Based Actions

(1 per Contact)
This action requires at least one CONTACTS merit with a specialisation.
With this merit you may use a specified sub group to find information for you about a certain topic. You can also use this merit to regularly check in with contacts and keep them on side.

You may have allies perform a task for you or to compensate your allies using this action. Regularly keeping allies on side prevents them from acting against you in the future, only ever asking them for things without helping them back is liable to lose you the merit

(1 per Retainer)
This merit requires at least one RETAINER on a character's sheet.
This action allows you to have your retainers perform an action for you. This action may also be used to ensure the trust and loyalty of a retainer

Status Based Actions

(applies only to mundane status)
This merit requires at least one STATUS in a mundane subgroup which is listed on a character sheet.
This action allows you to influence a specified subgroup using your status pull. This can involve anything from rallying your subgroup into support, getting them en masse to perform an action, or even to use them for your own gain. This action requires maintenance to retain that status

Resources Based Actions

(can only spend up to number of dots in Resources per downtime)
This merit requires at least one dot in Resources.
This action allows you to spend money not included in other actions. This action allows a character to purchase items like phones, computers, weapons, armour, gifts, textbooks, and more. Resources dots are defined by the following parameters:

How does your character regain their supernatural power while away from others of their type.
Include details on how they perform their method of regaining power

Travel to and from IC locations

Does your character drive or get driven places? Do they teleport everywhere? Do they travel via an alternative plane? Do they walk? Do they ride a bicycle? Do they take precautions given they are a supernatural creature to ensure they are not spotted by the mundane?

Supernatural Abilities

List what supernatural abilities your character regularly maintains over the downtime period. This applies to things like Sights and Shields in Mage: the Awakening or Blush of Life and Obfuscate in Vampire: the Requiem. These can be either protective measures that are regularly kept on a character or regular effects that they keep running in order to exist.
