The Taboo Index
The Mad
Magical practice taken to the extreme that it causes loss of objectivity and sanity, to the danger or detriment of others.
Banishers
The practice of serially murdering of mages for no other reason than they are mages.
Liches
The practice of life extension beyond the limitations of biology. Typically involves exploiting the Death or Mind arcana to survive death, although other methods may exist.
Reapers
The practice of unapproved or non-consensual removal of souls.
Scelesti
The practice of subservience, worship or unconstrained trafficking with the Abyss.
Infernalists
The practice of subservience, worship or unconstrained trafficking with *akathartoi* demons or other beings of the Lower Depths.
