Overview

House of Maine is an Invictus House founded in 1851 by Kindred who had travelled to Victoria seeking to gain wealth off the back of the gold rush. Being ‘new money’ by Invictus standards, it favours those who have managed to work their way from the ground up into a respectable place in society. Members are expected to show drive and ambition to better themselves.

Origins

The Gold Rush came to Castlemaine, Victoria in 1851. A massive influx of Kine overwhelmed the region, each eager to find their fortune. Kindred also came from far and wide. Some came because the increase in Kine made for easy feeding. Others came because they hoped that they, too, could strike wealth. And a small group of young Invictus did, and formed the House of Maine.

Clans and Covenant

House of Maine accepts members from every Clan, but the only Covenant accepted is the Invictus.
