Born: 1728 Sevilla, Spain

1740 to 1744 - Born in the slums in the years after Seville had been devastated by earthquakes and plagues. Made name for himself as a brazen street urchin, quickly gained respect and fear and by age 16 was running a large gang of youth predominantly of 9 to 13 year olds, running drugs (sourced from the Americas), on the streets and docks of Seville.

1746 - At age 18 he made major impact whilst smuggling large quantities of tobacco and pimping cigarellas (working girls) to the construction workers of the Royal Tobacco Factory (built 1728 to 1758). During this time in Sevilla he learned to fight, particularly with knives, favouring the Gitano (gypsy) navaja.

During this time he caught the attentions of the ‘Garduna’, a mythical secret society with beginnings in the 1400’s.

1747 - He was sent to Cadiz by members of this hidden criminal organisation. Cadiz had become the centre for trade between Spain and the Americas. This was where he developed a taste for illicit drugs.

It was also at this time that he was given the street name of "Caballero"... the Knight (or Gentleman) of Seville, more in reference to his low birth. In spite of the intended insult, Jeronimo embraced this name... and took the fingers of the man who dared to insult him.

1750 - After working through ranks from errand runner, he again was running a core group of street thugs, pickpockets and thieves by age 22 and had begun to infiltrate the larger more organised gitano (gypsy gangs) involved more heavily in organised crime on the trade docks and smuggling, even piracy.

1755 - By age 25 he was essentially the most feared criminal on the docks of Cadiz; brutal, merciless and quick to draw his knives.

1760 to 1764 Piracy and smuggling in Caribbean Over the years he has continued to keep contacts with these criminal networks (Spain, Morocco, the Americas, Mexico, Havana etc)

1766 - Found himself in New Orleans (was Embraced here) became known as “The Spanish gypsy voodoo vampire!” His reason for being in New Orleans was the Spanish ownership of Louisiana

Appearance

In his late 30's, rough & gruff, but with an air of command and presence. Always a tell tale knife handle in his belt.

Personality

A smart arse capable of some smooth speech, quick to draw a knife and to make sharp comments. Reasonable quick to anger and action, but learning to channel that anger into less blatant actions.

• APR - Comes to court, meets many new Camarilla, begins to be involved in politics and drama. Goes on a raid. Confronts a hell hound.
