Short blue hair, usually dressed semi-formally. Has a slight British accent.

Introverted - preferring not to speak unless spoken to; or unless something needs saying
Exceedingly willing to accommodate those who he sees as his betters
Agnostic, with strong (but hidden) views on the vampire religious sects
Driven by a powerful desire to find things out
Ever so massively manipulative

1860 - Born to a British officer and his Arab wife
1878 - Gained employment with the British Museum
1880 - Participated in an expedition to Egypt intended to dig up relics of the Egyptian "Khaibit" death cults
1881 - Expedition successful, no survivors - Jushur embraced by unknown sire
- 1881-1897 - Wandered the Middle East attempting to locate his sire and any more information on the Khaibit
1897 - Encountered a visiting cadre of London Dragons at a dig site in Constantinople, is inducted into the order and quickly sworn to the Dying Light
1912 - Obtained "Master" status within the Dying Light
1912-Present - Researching and procuring items across the Middle East for the London branch of the Ordo Dracul

Jushur is very recently arrived from Dubai at the request of the Ordo Dracul - yet to be introduced at court.
