Personal Information

When Kostya Maksivinivich says he's "From the North", he probably isn't talking about the Northern Territory. With his thick Russian accent and cold-weather clothes, he's most certainly talking about northern Europe.

He says the lines of where he is from has changed - it's more likely he's forgotten the exact place. Ukraine, Belarus, Russia... Maybe just somewhere around the Black Sea in general. The one thing that hasn't changed is the skull stapled and sewn to his face.
