March 2015 Requiem Brisbane
The Hunt
- The court of Brisbane was issued and invitation from Alder Estragon Belvedere, Baron and Advocate of Australia, Orion of the Most Noble Fellowship of Artimus to attend a hunt on North Stradbroke island.
- Five groups participated in the hunt, each group were given 20 minutes to hunt the biggest trophy kill they could find at blue lake on North Stradbroke Island.
- The third group comprised of guests from Toowoomba gained victory by returning with two enormous saltwater crocodiles.
Group 1: Grimm Family
The Grimm family sail out onto Blue lake on the SS Impenetrable, after locating a beast deep within the lake Anita attempt to scare it to the surface using depth charges. Upon discovering that bullets had little effect through the water Sakura dives into the lake, followed shortly by Horatio and Marcus. Moments later a two meter sting ray floats to the surface which is promtly shot with a spear gun by Mark Anderson. Mark rolls the sting ray into a bundle and the group return to the main gathering suffering only minor injuries.
Group 2: Tybalt's Crew
The second group sail the SS Impenetrable onto the lake, as they travel Jackie Stiles Pours his own blood into the water. The blood earns the attention of a very large shark who announces his pressence by leaping out of the lake and attempting to devour Jackie's arm; As the shark's teeth connect with Jackie's arm ash sprays out, Jackie seems unaffected. Tybalt impales the shark with two knives, Jack Doolan attempts to wrestle the shark into the boat, almost succeeding and Florence Miller fires her pistol into the sharks side. Karlin of the Armidale court puts an end to the shark by gutting the shark in a single motion.
A second shark announces it's presence by biting the SS Impenetrable in half. The General and Tybalt both make quick work of the second shark with sword and knife alike. The group then swim back to shore, dragging the corpses of the two sharks with them.
